Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG3. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Human, and Rabbit Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% of target signal.

Usage
Anti-Mouse IgG3Texas Red alpha Conjugated antibodies are suitable for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, western blotting, immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (ELISA) and fluorescent western blotting as well as other anti IgG3 antibody based assays. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
