Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Mouse IgG F(ab) or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.

Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
