Anti-Human IgM Fc5u was produced by repeated immunization with human IgM Fc5µ fragment in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgM and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

Usage
Human IgM Fc5u Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
