Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100; Suitable for use on frozen and paraffin-embedded sections; no proteolytic treatment required. Dilute immediately before use with 0.15 M PBS, Incubate 1 hr at RT or overnight at 2-8?C. Positive control: Pancreas.
Storage
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
