Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: Use at 1-2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~5 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Direct ELISA: Used at 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-1. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-1 is ~5 ng/well.
