Recognizes human Fibroblast Growth Factor-21 (FGF-21). Does not cross react with recombinant human FGF-5 or recombinant human FGF-9. Shows <10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human FGF-3, 4, 6 and 10. Species cross-reactivity: mouse <10%.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Cells were washed with PBS, 0.1% BSA between each step. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml; The detection limit is ~1 ng/well.
