Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Pripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysates (calculated MW of 29.6kDa according to NP_001992.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Ganguly et al, J Biol Chem. 2007 Nov 9;282(45):32758-64.PMID: 17728245). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
