Is a mixture of 3 monoclonal antibodies specific for human terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT). TdT is a DNA polymerase responsible for the catalysis of non-reversible addition of deoxynucleotides to the 3 end hydroxy groups of DNA. TdT levels are enhanced in all forms of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) and in a significant number of chronic lymphoblastic leukaemia cases (CML). TdT is not expressed in the majority of myeloid leukemias, non-Hodgkins lymphomas or mature lymphoid leukemias.

• Flow Cytometry (1:1)

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
