Specificity
At least three isoforms of DDX60 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three isoforms.

Usage
DDX60 antibody can be used for detection of DDX60 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 125, 185, 188 kDa Observed: 190 kDa
