Human recombinant polypeptide.
Specificity
Recognizes the human nucleolar helicase protein NOH61 (61kD), a constitutive nucleolar protein which has been highly conserved during evolution. Stains specifically the granular component of the nucleolus in interphase cells. During mitosis the protein is localized accumulated around the condensed chromosomes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western), Immunofluorescence microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, also after fixation with paraformaldehyde). Western Blot: 1:3000-1:5000 (ECL method). Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1000; Incubation time 1 hr at RT.
