Specificity
Recognizes P450 2C9 (2C10) at ~56kD in human liver microsomes. Does not cross-react with recombinant human cytochromes P450 1A1, 1A2, 3A4 or 2E1.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000. Yields a positive result with 0.1 ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 2C9 (2C10) using alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody according to the manufacturer's instructions. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
