Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Carboxypeptidase B [Porcine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Carboxypeptidase B from other tissues and species is unknown.

Usage
Applications should be user optimized.
Presentation
10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Storage
Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
