Suggested antigen retrieval is citrate buffer pH 6.0 at 114-121 C for 15 min in Pressure cooker. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin and frozen. Control tissue: Rejected Kidney, Transplant. Localization: Cytoplasmic, Membranous.
