Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Immunogen
CLIC4 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide NGLKEEDKEPLIE-C from the N-terminus of human CLIC4 (NP_039234.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Orangutan, Gibbon, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat (100%); Bovine (92%); Dog (85%).
Blocking Peptide
LS-E26316 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B2383. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Epitope
aa8-20
Specificity
Human CLIC4.
Usage
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2383 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2383 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.
Presentation
TBS, pH 7.3, 0.02% Sodium Azide, 0.5% BSA
Storage
Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
