An 18 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human DAF. The immunogen is located within aa 360-410 of DAF.
Specificity
DAF antibody is human specific. At least two isoforms of DAF are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the longest isoform.

Usage
DAF body can be used for detection of DAF by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 48 kDa Observed: 49 kDa
