Specificity
Recognizes murine CD28, a co-stimulatory cell surface molecule expressed by T cell subsets. Clone E18 has been shown to be able to stimulate murine T lymphocytes in combination with anti-mouse CD3.

- Flow Cytometry (1:50 - 1:100)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
