Specificity
Specific for human VE-cadherin. Reactivity has been confirmed with human PC-3 prostate adenocarcinoma cell lysates. On the basis of 75% aa sequence homology with porcine VE-cadherin, cross-reactivity with porcine tissues is expected.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Positive control: PC-3 prostate adenocarcinoma cell lysate.
