Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 1-5 ug/ml. The precipitate may be used to perform a histone H1 kinase assay. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml.
