Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B11275. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Human CAPG / MCP. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_001738.2; NP_001243069.1). Reported variants represent identical protein: NP_001243068.1, NP_001738.2.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx 38kD band observed in lysates of cell line U937 and of Human Spleen (calculated MW of 38.5kD according to NP_001738.2). In Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes, the observed band runs as ~40kD. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
