Specificity
Recognizes one of the causative agents of Lyme disease. B. burgdorferi is a spirochete bacterium and one of the few pathogenic bacteria capable of surviving in the absence of iron. Cross reacts with Treponema pallidum, Borrelia hermsii and Borrelia parkeri.

- Immunofluorescence (1:10 - 1:50)
Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Immunohistology: Acetone fixation is recommended.

PBS, 0.1% Sodium Azide, 1% BSA
Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
