Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Description
Beta Amylase antibody LS-C209254 is a biotin-conjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to sweet potato Beta Amylase. Validated for ELISA and WB.
Target
Sweet potato Beta Amylase
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Sweet potato (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugations
Biotin
Purification
Ion exchange chromatography
Modifications
Unmodified
Applications
  • Western blot (1:500 - 1:3000)
  • ELISA (1:5000 - 1:25000)
Immunogen
Beta Amylase [Sweet Potato].
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified b-Amylase [Sweet Potato]. Cross reactivity against b-Amylase from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined.
Usage
Anti-Beta Amylase has been assayed against 1.0 ug of b-Amylase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4000 to 1:20000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 1% BSA
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with distilled water.
