Antibody ANC268.2 binds to recombinant CD268 (but not CD269) in EIA and native CD268 expressed on Raji cell surface.

Five x 105 cultured human Raji cells per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-human CD268/Biotin at 10 ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2o reagent Streptavidin/R-PE after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.1 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/Biotin negative control at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ^l of 0.5 mg/ml unlabeled anti-CD268 antibody. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
