Usage
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. Immunocytochemistry: 1 ug/ml for one hour at RT using 1E6 cells or adherent sample by indirect immunofluorescence. Suggested fixative is 2-4% paraformaldehyde. Suggested permeabilization method is 0.5% Triton X-100.
