A 17 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human ATG4D. The immunogen is located within the first 50 AA of ATG4D.
Specificity
ATG4D antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of ATG4D are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the larger isoform. ATG4D is predicted to not cross-react with other ATG4 proteins.

Usage
ATG4D antibody can be used for detection of ATG4D by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 52 kDa Observed: 49 kDa
