Asparaginase [E. coli]
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Asparaginase [E. coli]. Cross reactivity against Asparaginase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-L-Asparaginase antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Asparaginase [E. coli] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:100000 to 1:400000 is suggested for this product.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
