Specificity
The antibody can specifically bind to its immunogen, and did not show any cross reactivity with unrelated antigens as did in ELISA. The specificity for binding to recombinant protein, cellular protein and native antigen is not defined. Cross reactivity with Aquaporin-4 from other species has not yet been tested.

Usage
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.This antibody is shipped with antibody diluent; we recommend the addition of 100 ul of diluent to the 50 ug of lyophilized antibody.
