Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ZSCAN2 Antibody, Zfp-29 Antibody, Zinc finger protein 29 Antibody, ZNF854 Antibody, ZFP29 Antibody, Zinc finger protein 29 homolog Antibody, Zinc finger protein 854 Antibody
ZSCAN2 contains several copies of zinc finger motif, which is commonly found in transcriptional regulatory proteins. Studies in mice show that this gene is expressed during embryonic development, and specifically in the testis in adult mice, suggesting that it may play a role in regulating genes in germ cells. Alternative splicing of this gene results in several transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
ZSCAN2 Antibody western blot of Jurkat,ZR-75-1,MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). The ZSCAN2 antibody detected the ZSCAN2 protein (arrow).
ZSCAN2 Antibody flow cytometry of Jurkat cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
