Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Yellow Fever Virus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Functional Assay (1:1500 - 1:3000)
Specificity and Use
Yellow Fever Virus strain 17D.
Recognizes the envelope protein of the wild (Asibi) and vaccine strains of yellow fever virus. Preferentially neutralizes the Asibi strain. Does not cross-react with other flaviviruses.
Suitable for use in Neutralization and Hemagglutination-Inhibition. Neutralization (BLK) Asibi YF: 1:500-1:1500. Hemagglutination-Inhibition: 1:1500-1:3000. Note: Dilute with buffer, pH 7.5-8.0, containing protein or other stabilizing medium should be used.
Supplied as a liquid. No preservatives added.
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
