  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

WAS / WASP antibody was raised against the epitope recognized is phosphorylated Serine 483, phosphorylated Ser484 and surrounding residues of human Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome using the numbering given in entry NP_000368.1 (GeneID 7454).
Species cross-reactivity: Human. Reactivity with mouse WASP phosphorylated at the residues corresponding to S483 and S484 of human WASP is likely owing to conservation of sequence between human and mouse WASP in the vicinity of these residues.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Tris-citrate/phosphate, pH 7 to 8
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
For research use only.

WAS Antibody, Eczema-thrombocytopenia Antibody, IMD2 Antibody, SCNX Antibody, WASP Antibody, THC Antibody, THC1 Antibody, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome Antibody, Thrombocytopenia 1 (X-linked) Antibody

The Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) family of proteins share similar domain structure, and are involved in transduction of signals from receptors on the cell surface to the actin cytoskeleton. The presence of a number of different motifs suggests that they are regulated by a number of different stimuli, and interact with multiple proteins.
