Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 100kD band observed in lysates of cell lines HepG2, HeLa and Jurkat (calculated MW of 94.7kD according to NP_072097.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
