The detection limit for rmDMC is approximately 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing. conditions. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 5% cross-reactivity with rhDMC. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
