Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
UTF1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-PSPPKSADASPAP from an internal region of human UTF1 (NP_003568.2). Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Gorilla (92%), Bovine (85%).
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 36.4kDa according to NP_003568.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
