Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 100kD band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 91.1kD according to NP_037414.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Hopfner, Cancer Res. 2000 Jan 1;60(1):121-8. PMID: 10646863). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
