Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

P02766 NM_000371 NP_000362.1

TTR Antibody, ATTR Antibody, CTS1 Antibody, CTS Antibody, HsT2651 Antibody, PALB Antibody, Prealbumin Antibody, TBPA Antibody, Transthyretin Antibody, Carpal tunnel syndrome 1 Antibody, Prealbumin, amyloidosis type I Antibody, Thyroxine-binding prealbumin Antibody

TTR / Transthyretin is transthyretin, one of the three prealbumins including alpha-1-antitrypsin, transthyretin and orosomucoid. Transthyretin is a carrier protein; it transports thyroid hormones in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid, and also transports retinol (vitamin A) in the plasma. The protein consists of a tetramer of identical subunits.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
TTR Antibody (RB19657) IHC of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Immunofluorescence of Human pancreas tissues and Human kidney tissues, using TTR Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
TTR Antibody western blot of human blood plasma tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). The TTR antibody detected the TTR protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
TTR Antibody flow cytometry of A375 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
