Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Receptor-activated non-selective cation channel involved in detection of sensations such as coolness, by being activated by cold temperature below 25 degrees Celsius. Activated by icilin, eucalyptol, menthol, cold and modulation of intracellular pH. Involved in menthol sensation. Permeable for monovalent cations sodium, potassium, and cesium and divalent cation calcium. Temperature sensing is tightly linked to voltage-dependent gating.
Immunohistochemistry: TRPM8 Antibody - IHC analysis of TRPM8 in mouse prostate using DAB with hematoxylin counterstain. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TRPM8 Antibody - TRPM8 antibody was tested in U2OS cells with FITC (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Western Blot: TRPM8 Antibody - WB analysis of TRPM8 in PC12 cell lysate. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
