Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Monkey, Dog, Horse, Pig (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin
Specificity and Use
TRIM36 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-PITAKYLEYQEDM from the C-terminus of human TRIM36 (NP_061170.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%); Marmoset, Elephant, Panda, Dog, Horse, Pig (92%); Hamster, Bovine (85%).
LS-E25533 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C55624. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
TRIM36 Antibody, HAPRIN Antibody, Tripartite motif containing 36 Antibody, RING finger protein 98 Antibody, RNF98 Antibody, Zinc-binding protein Rbcc728 Antibody, RBCC728 Antibody, Tripartite motif protein 36 Antibody, Tripartite motif-containing 36 Antibody
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been described for this gene.
