  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TRIM3 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide AKREDSPGPEVQP-C from the N-terminus of human TRIM3 (NP_006449.2; NP_150594.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Bovine, Dog, Horse, Rabbit (100%).
LS-E25503 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Human TRIM3. Both variants (NP_006449.2; NP_150594.2;) represent the same protein. This antibody is expected to recognise all three human isoforms of this protein.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2870 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2870 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3, 0.5% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide

About TRIM3

TRIM3 Antibody, BERP Antibody, Brain expressed ring finger Antibody, Tripartite motif containing 3 Antibody, Tripartite motif protein TRIM3 Antibody, RING finger protein 97 Antibody, RNF22 Antibody, RNF97 Antibody, HAC1 Antibody, RING finger protein 22 Antibody, Tripartite motif-containing 3 Antibody

TRIM3 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, also called the 'RING-B-box-coiled-coil' (RBCC) subgroup of RING finger proteins. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. This protein localizes to cytoplasmic filaments. It is similar to a rat protein which is a specific partner for the tail domain of myosin V, a class of myosins which are involved in the targeted transport of organelles.

Anti-TRIM3 antibody IHC of human adrenal. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B2870 concentration 5 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Antibody staining (1 ug/ml) of Mouse Brain (RIPA buffer, 35 ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by Western blot of chemiluminescence.
