Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Rabbit Polyclonal to Human TRAF3IP1
Human, Mouse, Rat
IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Unconjugated
Immunohistochemical analysis of TRAF3IP1 staining in human brain formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Specificity and Use

TRAF3IP1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide RCENIQPNPTEKQK from an internal region of human TRAF3IP1 (NP_056465.2). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla (100%); Gibbon (86%).
LS-E26712 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C87273. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
aa407-420
Human TRAF3IP1.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Bone Marrow, Heart, Testis and Thyroid Gland lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 ug/ml). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies / lysates?
