TNFSF4 / OX40L antibody was raised against human HUVEC and Recombinant soluble human CD134L.
Binds to CD134L on the cell surface of HUVEC in Flow cytometry, and blocks binding of recombinant CD134-muIg.
Antibody blocks binding of Recombinant CD134 to CD134L on HUVEC. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
TNFSF4 / OX40L is a cytokine of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. The encoded protein functions in T cell antigen-presenting cell (APC) interactions and mediates adhesion of activated T cells to endothelial cells. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with Sjogren's syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
