Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
TNFRSF9 / 4-1BB / CD137 antibody was raised against ectodomain of recombinant human 4-1BB fusion protein.
CD137 molecule of about 35 kd from activated T cells.
Function: Blocks binding of CD137 huIg to Raji cells. Immobilized mAb induces TNF a production by monocytes. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

TNFRSF9 / 4-1BB / CD137 is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contributes to the clonal expansion, survival, and development of T cells. It can also induce proliferation in peripheral monocytes, enhance T cell apoptosis induced by TCR/CD3 triggered activation, and regulate CD28 co-stimulation to promote Th1 cell responses. The expression of this receptor is induced by lymphocyte activation.
