Specificity
Recognizes human HAT. Epitope: catalytic-domain of rhHAT. Species sequence Homology: chimpanzee, 99%; canine, 79%; rat and mouse, 67%.

- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Detection limit for rhHAT is ~10 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhHAT is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold.
