Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About TLR7

TLR7 Antibody, Toll-like receptor 7 Antibody

TLR7 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLRs are highly conserved from Drosophila to humans and share structural and functional similarities. They recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents, and mediate the production of cytokines necessary for the development of effective immunity.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular flow analysis of TLR7 in TLR7/HEK 293, cells using LS-C148315 at 1 ug/10^6 cells. Green represents Vector/HEK 293, cells; red represents TLR7/HEK 293 (IML-207). This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Intracellular staining by FACS analysis of TLR7 in human monocytes using LS-C148315 at 0.5 ug/10^6 cells. Shaded histogram represents cells alone, green represents rabbit IgG isotype control, red represents anti-TLR7 antibody. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
