Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
Tlr11 antibody was raised against this antibody was developed against amino acids 791-806 (LGLRLCLPERDFEPGK) of mouse TLR12; GenBank no ref|NP_991392.1|. Based on sequence homology, this antibody may also detect mouse TLR11. There is a 69% sequence homology (not the 100% sequence homology as reported by NCBI). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Mouse, Rat (100%); Hamster, Platypus (88%).
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbial products during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. TLR11 is one of three mouse TLRs that lack a human ortholog.
