Recognizes rat and mouse CD90, also known as Thy1.1, expressed on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, stem cells, T lymphocytes, immature B cells and connective tissues.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

THY1 or CD90 is a 25–37 kDa heavily N-glycosylated, glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored conserved cell surface protein with a single V-like immunoglobulin domain, originally discovered as a thymocyte antigen. Thy-1 can be used as a marker for a variety of stem cells and for the axonal processes of mature neurons.
