Recognizes human endothelium. Preliminary evidence suggests that this antibody recognizes Thrombomodulin, but does not inhibit Thrombomodulin dependent activation of protein C.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 10 ul labels of a neat working dilution to 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10-1:100 requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium Citrate pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1/10-1/50.
