Specificity and Use
TEK / TIE2 antibody was raised against the extracellular domain of mouse Tie2 receptor.
Recognizes mouse Tie2 Receptor.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 5 ug/ml, detects 20 ng recombinant Tie-2. Recognizes a band at ~140kD. Flow Cytometry: 10 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 10 ug/ml of lysate. Positive control: Placenta and lung tissue.
