Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone TEK4] (IgG1,k) to Mouse TEK / TIE2
Mouse TEK / TIE2
Mouse (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal [TEK4]
Specificity and Use
TEK / TIE2 antibody was raised against mouse TEK
This TEK4 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cell suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.09% sodium azide
Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for ANGPT1, ANGPT2 and ANGPT4 and regulates angiogenesis, endothelial cell survival, proliferation, migration, adhesion and cell spreading, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, but also maintenance of vascular quiescence. Has anti-inflammatory effects by preventing the leakage of proinflammatory plasma proteins and leukocytes from blood vessels. Required for normal angiogenesis and heart development during embryogenesis.
