Recognizes gamma/delta T-cell receptor (TCR) complex. Specific for the gamma, delta heterodimer and plate-bound antibody activates gamma, delta TCR-bearing cells. Does not react with alpha, beta TCR-expressing T cells.

Usage
Flow cytometry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Immunoprecipitation. In vitro activation of TCR-bearing cells. In vivo depletion of gamma/delta TCR-expressing T cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
