  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

TARP / CD3G antibody was raised against human TARP
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3786 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3786 was determined to be 20 ug/ml. Tested by western blot analysis of vitamin A-treated LNCaP cells. This antibody can be used at 2 ug/ml as a starting concentration.

Aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary
Store at 4°C, avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

About TARP / CD3G

TARP Antibody, TCRG Antibody, TCRGC1 Antibody, TCRGC2 Antibody

In some non-lymphoid tissues, the unrearranged T cell receptor gamma (TRG@) locus is expressed. The resulting transcript contains a subset of the TRG@ gene segments and is shorter than TRG@ transcripts expressed in lymphoid tissues. This RefSeq record represents the unrearranged TRG@ locus transcript; the complete TRG@ locus is represented by the genomic RefSeq NG_001336. The transcript represented by this RefSeq has two open reading frames (ORFs) that encode different proteins.

Anti-TARP antibody IHC of human thymus. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3786 concentration 20 ug/ml.

Western blot

Western blot
Untreated (left lane) and Vitamin A-treated (right lane) LNCaP cell lysates were loaded at 1x105 cells/lane, probed with 2 ug/mL purified antibody and revealed with HRP anti-mouse IgG.
