Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa176-192 (C-TKKPTETPP- VKETQQEP) of human TACC2 (KLH coupled).
Epitope

Specificity
Recognizes human TACC2, Mr ~65kD. TACC2 has a reported Mr ~73kD in HeLa cell lysates. The immunizing peptide inhibited antibody recognition of the Mr ~65kD band in a competition experiment. Species cross-reactivity: mouse.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with to HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system.
