TACC2 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to aa176-192 (C-TKKPTETPP- VKETQQEP) of human TACC2 (KLH coupled).
Recognizes human TACC2, Mr ~65kD. TACC2 has a reported Mr ~73kD in HeLa cell lysates. The immunizing peptide inhibited antibody recognition of the Mr ~65kD band in a competition experiment. Species cross-reactivity: mouse.
